You have found my website seeking support right now, I do not, however provide a crisis support service. Remember these feelings will pass and you are not bad or wrong for feeling them.

Is there a friendly person you could call or text? Expressing your feelings out loud, writing them down, drawing or movement are valid ways to name or express what’s happening. Feelings are what make us human, they don’t mean anything about our deservability, our lovability, our worth.
